Founded by Flows Delgado, this company is more than just about choreography – it's a celebration of dance, diversity, and over two decades of expertise.

Born in Portugal with Cape Verdean and Senegalese heritage, Flows Delgado brings a unique influence of Tabanka, seamlessly blending it into street dance, commercial, lyrical, Hip Hop, House, Ragga, Krump and more. Her teaching goes beyond steps, encouraging self-discovery, creativity, and emotional connection. Drawing from a rich heritage, Flows Delgado infuses Afro Luso rhythms into movements, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for dancers of all backgrounds and levels.

With a deep commitment to diversity and personal growth, Flows Delgado inspires dancers to explore their unique style and connect with their emotions. Phloz Qlynik welcomes dancers from ages 6 to adult, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual inspiration in every class.
